Prior to becoming a Realtor, Patti worked for a major land developer and real estate investor and was also a paralegal and office manager for a small law firm. Her pre-real estate experience has helped Patti learn important skills in communication and negotiation, as well as to gain vital knowledge that helps her to ensure the success of her real estate clients today.
Honors
Consistently outstanding in her field, Patti has received numerous awards in recognition of her exemplary performance on behalf of clients. She has been Tops in Sales since 1987 and was named Realtor of the Year by her peers in 1994.

Patti believes that one of the keys to success, both for herself and her clients, is a continually updated education. She takes many classes and seminars to increase her effectiveness and has earned three of the real estate industry's most prestigious professional designations: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Additionally, Patti also acquired the ASP® (Accredited Staging Professional) designation and course of studies so that she can help her clients put their best foot forward when presenting their home for sale. Nationally recognized, these designations are earned through a rigorous course of study as well as demonstrated professional experience. Patti is a member of the Fresno Association of Realtors, where she has served as a Board Member, as well as participating in the Education and Membership Committees. In addition to her local involvement, Patti is also a member of the
North Fresno Rotary is home to Patti, who currently serves as the club Program Chairperson. She was Senior director of Vocational Services for four years, which is an area of services devoted to developing educational and vocational training opportunities for the students of Fresno schools.
